2012 is going to be a spectacular year or not…

What happened to 2011?  New Years Resolutions come & go.

How about a one-week or one-month resolution?  Create goals that you
can accomplish.  A 5-day diet offers great success to most people.
Choose to eat healthy for 5-days, then relax for 2.  If you’re going to splurge
on Friday night, then skip dinner Sunday night.  Spirulina balances the
blood sugar levels while reducing your appetite.
