I bring a unique set of interests and skills to my one-on-one strength training sessions. While each session is customized to individual or small group needs, it may include some or all of these elements:

  • Yoga postures to stretch and heat your muscles
  • Some resistance training
  • Focus on personal fitness and life goals, and
  • Some nutrition counseling.

In preparation for your appointment, we suggest that you:

  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can exercise in as well as be measured
  • Please do not eat a heavy meal, drink coffee or smoke at least two hours prior to your arrival
