I bring a unique set of interests and skills to my one-on-one strength training sessions. While each session is customized to individual or small group needs, it may include some or all of these elements:
- Yoga postures to stretch and heat your muscles
- Some resistance training
- Focus on personal fitness and life goals, and
- Some nutrition counseling.
In preparation for your appointment, we suggest that you:
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can exercise in as well as be measured
- Please do not eat a heavy meal, drink coffee or smoke at least two hours prior to your arrival
